Rates for In-Home Computer Services

• Residential Hourly day rate: $50/hr in quarter hour increments
• Residential Hourly evening/weekend rate: $60/hr in quarter hour increments
• One hour minimum charge
• In-Home service charge of $15 per visit
• No service charge for residents of Loomis.
• No service charge when service visit exceeds four hours
• Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes

Guarantee

In-home services are guaranteed for 30 days. If there is a problem with the service I provided and you notify me within the warranty period, I will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost. If I cannot provide you with a solution to your computer problem there will be no charge for my services except for a $15 service call.
